I hope you and your whānau are keeping healthy and well. It is normal to have lots of different feelings when we are in Lockdown. The best thing is to understand how you are feeling and what you can do to cope with that feeling. It also helps to talk to someone you trust about how you are feeling. I went for a walk in the bush and created my Papatūānuku Space when I was feeling a bit overwhelmed - it helped lots.
